• ​​​All types of classes/lessons are held during NSW school term. A term is usually 10 weeks. No classes/lessons are held during public holidays, long weekends and school holidays, unless via special arrangement on a case-by-case basis.​​​

• Students signed up per school term.

• Payment for each term is due before the term starts.

• For Mini Musicians, term fees include one child attending (between 3-5 years old) and one carer. A sibling under 3 years old can accompany an older sibling to the same class at no extra charge. Siblings over 3 years old are charged a discounted rate ($12.50). 

• Pre payment for the class enrolled is required.

• To maintain the well being for every one who attends the music studio, anyone (students, siblings, carers) who are unwell should not attend the class. 

• Lessons are paid for in advance. This reserves a regular spot in the studio teaching schedule. As this time is reserved for you each week, the studio is unable to use this time to teach another student. No refund or credit will be given for students who missed lessons. (If an alternative time becomes available, that time may be offered but this is not guaranteed.) If a student is away for more than 2 weeks of school holidays, the fee rate of 50% will apply from the third week to keep that time available to the student. 

• There may be times when the teacher is unable to provide a lesson to a student due to illness or family emergencies.  An alternative make-up lesson time will be arranged. If the lesson is unable to be made up then the lesson fee will be refunded.

• Your lesson time is allocated for the entire term, so refunds will not be available should you choose to leave the program before the completion of the term. Lessons may only be discontinued at the end of each term. 

• The teacher reserves the right to discontinue lessons for any reason. This may include unpaid fees, failure to follow studio policies, frequent absences, behavioural issues, and destruction or damage of studio property.

• Photos, videos and audio recording of students during lessons and their performances may be posted online and used by the teacher for promotional materials. The teacher will only share the photos and videos after obtaining consent from parents/guardians.

The commencement of lessons is deemed acceptance of these terms.
